      - Owner was awesome - Good staff environment - Open door policy - Office gatherings - Opportunities to work on different level projects

      Cons

      - Pay was incredibly low - Benefit weren't competitive - PTO was a mess and not tracked

      - mgmt was cool - fair amount of company outings - fun environment - lifelong friendships - good work/life balance (half off fridays if you met your goal) - medical benefits paid for

      Cons

      - KPI's were getting out of hand - time keeping system is a joke (paper version completed at the last minute) - PTO isn't tracked - LOW and UNCOMPETITIVE salary - no training support
