The employees here made for some great friends. Everyone there is approachable from the owner down. When the energy is positive you will be amazed at how much you can get accomplished.

Cons

Starting pay is below the recruiting field average even for no experience required. It is very “learn as you go.” Which doesn’t work for a lot of people. The commission changes from one position to the next if the bill to pay margin isn’t high enough. Management tells you are replaceable. The team dynamic is pressed heavily and then they have a “score board” for your individual efforts.

Bad management structure. Little to no positive encouragement. Low base. Commission isn’t paid for months.
