Pros

No good reason to work at Agero they do not care at all about their employees

Cons

They will lock you out of your system with no warning. Make you work over time without warning demand you add it to schedule or they add for you. Supervisors and leadership only care about the numbers only not employees. They are not there to answer questions and often leave you to figure it out on your own then complain when calls take to long. WORST PLACE TO WORK

There are numerous channels available for all associates to share feedback and concerns relative to their day to day - whether it be schedules, equipment and tech or general coaching. It sounds like the Agero agent role just wasn't the right fit for you.

Pros

You can literally work when you want to work and they have a lot of resources available to help you.

Cons

They are really strict with call time and most of the time you can’t control how long the calls are.

Pros

Great pay, bonuses, and advancement opportunities

Cons

8 hours minimum forced overtime is what caused me to leave. The scheduling is also not very flexible at all.
