Pros

Good pay, good training days and hours.

Cons

Hard to learn over zoom meetings, you get thrown into the calls without learning all the information.. my trainer was dealing with the death of her brother (so sorry) but she was taking it out on people, and was having trouble remembering what she had told us to do, then would be very rude and short with people.

Pros

Lots of voluntary overtime, set schedules, ability to request a different work schedule, many promotional opportunities, managers willing to help and make you a better employee, uncapped and rollover PTO.

Cons

Paid Time Off accumulates slowly, some managers respond to questions slowly, lots of grading on how well calls are taken that can put a lot of pressure on the agent.
