Pros

It was 24hr call center, the employee benefits, pretty easy to understand , helped stranded motorists.

Cons

Wage was extremely low for the position, the company focused mainly on quick calls for bottom line instead of customer service and making sure the caller didn't have to call back.

Pros

My experience at Agero thus far has been amazing. Everyone I've met in the HR and Talent Development Teams has been very accessible and collaborative. It seems like an exciting time to be at a company that is continuing to grow and innovate. The senior leadership team has been very communicative and transparent amidst the pandemic and you can tell they truly care about the safety and well being of our employees. The benefit package is competitive and full of lots of options to choose from.

Cons

I haven't experienced any so far.

Pros

I've been at the company for a couple of years and have seen many positive changes in the way the company communicates both internally and externally, moving towards transparency. It's been a process with lots of trial and error, but I feel like things are really rapidly moving towards better technology and business practices. From a career standpoint, I am so grateful for the investment that this company puts in to each person's career growth. There are many cases of individuals working their way up through the company (including the CEO, who started as as a call center agent). From a data science/engineering/analytics perspective, there are tons of interesting data to work with and projects to delve into. People will listen to your input and you feel like your work is making an impact on decisions at the company. Finally, there's a beautiful new building on riverfront property with lots of sunlight, desks that you can automatically raise/lower - overall, a great working environment!

Cons

Salaries for analyst positions are a little low compared with other companies you can find in the area - but not entirely uncompetitive. Attitudes at the company can sometimes be a little negative, but I've found this to be improving recently. Overall, it's a positive and collaborative working environment.
