Pros

Great pay and benefits. Training was detailed and informative that made it very easy and smooth to transition to the call center floor. Managers and trainers were very helpful. Moving up in the company does.not take long either if you keep your scores up and follow what you are coached on.

Cons

The goals for bonuses are sometimes out of reach for newcomers
