Pros

Great people, lax dress code, flexible work schedule

Cons

The benefits. They’re ok. But if I’m allowed to vacation 2 weeks out of 1 year then I should be able to take 2 weeks at 1 time in the one year. With the PTO, you can accrue your hours weekly which is fine. But you cannot borrow. Meaning you get 80 hours of paid time off but you only accrue 1.54 hours/week— therefore, it takes you 5.5 weeks to accrue 1 8 hour day. Even if you’re only allowed to accrue your hours you should be able to borrow. And, even if you can’t borrow, you should be able to take at least 1 week all at once and accrue the other week. As a compromise.
