Pros

Room for advancement and bonus's at all employee positions

Cons

After becoming a supervisor, development and assistance seemed to be very unorganized. In the 1 year that I was a supervisor, I reported to 6 separate OM's who all had different ways of doing things. Also, eventually I was laid off after things got slow. I was not even offered to be demoted.

Pros

There is always advancement for your career and multiple opportunities to increase experience through multiple positions.

Cons

The management prefers to talk about the front line as though they are children who do not understand what is going on. While they claim to respect everyone who works for their company, they diction behind closed doors is belittling and often mean to those who are on the front lines of the company. I find that bad behavior is rewarded, while those who work hard and are honest rarely are commended for their work. Rather they are bullied (a seemingly acceptable practice in this work environment) until they resemble those who exhibit bad behavior and management always takes the side of the bully as they are their friends.

Pros

Better pay than competitors in the area. Great benefits plan and the company will match your 401K contribution. Paid vacation time is earned quickly. The company really cares for the employees and is good about showing their appreciation for our hard work. Training is excellent and the support when you hit the floor is plentiful. Plenty of opportunity for advancement. I met the CEO Dave Ferrick once, sitting next to him for a town hall style meeting with other site employees. He was really down to Earth and completely approachable.

Cons

Having to deal with irate, frustrated, and scared customers yelling at you for something that isn't your fault in any way.
