Pros

will hire anyone, decent pay for call center, ok if you are desperate while searching for another job

Cons

many...poor sup training so they will throw reps under bus in an instant, turn over so high now most reps poorly trained, poor support for reps, high stress, Tucson site on last legs

nice building, good benefits, decent pay, can request to leave early when it's slow

high stress, days can be extremely busy or very slow, constantly changing supervisors, required overtime, and always having to meet quota
