Pros

Decent pay, very good co-workers

Cons

Bad for your mental health. They expect you to work on everything as fast as humanly possible and if you can't meet metrics you just get put on endless warnings which take away your opportunity to use the PTO you accrued

Pros

Agero, unlike other contact centers care about their employees. They understand that better employee moral will get a more productive and efficient work environment. Another good thing about Agero is if you work hard, you will be noticed and can promote very quickly if that's what you want. Many pros such as overtime with great incentive, free food days, and discounts at local stores are also an added benefit.

Cons

Agero for some could be quite stressful taking inbound calls as a floor agent. If you take what people can say to you personally over the phone, it might not be the right job for you. When you get a call from a customer, you are getting someone who is in a stressful situation and you have to be able to perform under pressure and take charge to make the customer feel like they are being taken care of by someone who is confident and capable of doing so.
