I couldn’t be happier with the tech org. The team is great, culture is stellar, tons of smart people. Remote work and flexible time off makes work/life balance great, pay is good, benefits are good. Awesome place to be!!

Cons

401k matching doesn’t start for a year and doesn’t vest for two years. It’d be nice to see that policy changed.
