Awesome place to work until new management came to town!
Pros
Pay rate was good. Work schedule was nice. Opportunities to change positions in office were available. Had a good working relationship with sales people. Room for growth within office, but not company. Vacation days were nice.
Cons
The more you know, the more work you are required to do. People who make mistakes are never held accountable for their actions. Too many managers in one office that don't know how to do the function they are managing. Management constantly asked for feedback and when given management did nothing with it. Management showed a lot of favoritism and didn't care that it was flaunted. Computer systems are terrible and constantly have issues/not available. Management constantly spend, spend, spend, which caused office to close. Closed down admin office due to company being in the red, yet are hiring more and more executive positions to stay in the red.
