Good non management people to work with.

Cons

Management ethics are a matter of convenience. HR backs up managers that lie. They feel that with Texas being an "at will state" they have no need to validate any reason for firing someone. When requesting meetings with HR management to resolve dispute issues, they ignore you.

Lots of great engineers to learn from and equipment at the forefront of the industry

Favoritism, people who’ve only ever worked at Aggreko and behave in ways that would have then fired at any other company tolerated and enabled here, too many people required to get things done and literally a complex process and projects with much knowledge and communication required to bring clients successful projects and minimum wage pay while being told you’re not working hard enough Had a coworker meet their annual expectation and they were still berated by our “National” manager

Can be a great job and learn a lot from some intelligent people . Was a five star until 2024

Cons

Management can actively cripple a service center with ego and toxic work environment. Let alone the minimal work life balance. Always running short handed.
