If you care about your mental wellbeing, then you don’t want to work here. Toxic work environment. Nobody cares about each other - they only care about themselves and most importantly leadership only cares about making sure the shareholders are happy. No matter what that means for the sales team. Everyone that works there has been reduced to a metric. It’s like we’re not even human. Just numbers on a board. They have no sense of why they exist, why they do what they do. No identity. No culture. No team.

Revolving door personnel, manager micromanages everything to the extreme, 1 long standing client (20+ years) has equipment 5 floors down a staircase (2 flights up for paperwork/phone calls then 7 flights down into the hole). If you need something you didn't bring you need to climb back out to get it.
