Excellent paid training in Texas, paid travel expenses when needed, no more than 14 hour days when necessary, follows the newish 6 day work week day of rest law, laid back slow work pace, safety priorities, techs specialists available when stuck
Cons
Revolving door personnel, manager micromanages everything to the extreme, 1 long standing client (20+ years) has equipment 5 floors down a staircase (2 flights up for paperwork/phone calls then 7 flights down into the hole). If you need something you didn't bring you need to climb back out to get it.
