Everyone is willing to push ahead to achieve the goals. A can do mentality for large projects. Possibility to relocate to many countries.

Cons

High workload, ethos of work all out can be draining. Not as family friendly in some regions work life balance needs to be managed by individuals or you can work too much.

Each project has its own challenges which is good if you like challenges. Possibilities to grow and develop within the company

Cons

No work life balance due to long rotations and short leave. This will eventually brake up especially if you have a family.

There was so much to learn allowing yourself to develop professionally and personally. Great opportunities for progression and very well remunerated.

Cons

It was hard on some point to balance work around my personal life but I liked it so much that I would not mind to a certain extent.
