Aggreko is a great company to work for if you like to challenge yourself. They offer extensive training. There are continuous growth opportunities. They offer a nice benefit package for full time employees and the pay is fair.

Cons

Not all positions are direct hire, and you must go through temp agency.

Good culture and drive to support customer. Good technician training (when they actually send you) Average pay - better than many truck shops, but less than our major competition Good company to get your feet wet in rental generator industry and then move on to competition

Cons

Terrible management, especially at the local level. Only views technicians as "replaceable assets" not as valuable individuals Can be hard to have a good work/life balance
