Pros

Company, as a whole, is well organized and offers many favorable benefits. CONUS operations seem to be efficient, responsive and capable.

Cons

OCONUS operations are mediocre at best. Management of personnel and projects are chaotic and show little organizational objectives. No project is driven via Earned Value Management, and most operations above the technical operators seem to be operating in a black box negating any possibility of effective collaboration efforts. Morale is non-existent among the technical staff.
