Good Company, but small.

Pros

- Company benefits above average, so is compensation. - Company treats employees well with "soft" benefits such as Summer/Winter events, Birthday Gift and even a free pie for Thanksgiving.

Cons

- Company is small. Most Employees are working at customer sites. If they lose a re-bid/etc you will have no coverage. - There is really no career progression. You are a slot on a contract.
