Agile Defense has a supportive leadership team that genuinely listens to employee feedback, which makes a big difference in the work environment. There are plenty of opportunities to grow, take on meaningful work, and be part of a team that values what you bring to the table. The company also does a great job of fostering a positive culture and making employees feel appreciated.

Cons

Like any growing company, there are some processes that are still being refined, which can sometimes make things feel a little fast-paced. That said, leadership is awesome and communication across teams and allows for everyone to be on the same page. The fast-moving environment can be challenging, but it also creates opportunities to make a real impact.
