      Pros

      I've never worked for a company that cares so much about their employees before joining Agile Defense. The culture within the company is excellent and you can tell leadership actually cares about the employees.

      Pros

      Great culture. There's an emphasis on putting employees first and really having the employees' best interest at heart. Not only are the employees treated like family, but so are the employees' families. The six Hs really define the company and its employees. Everyone is humble and honest with one another. Always willing to hustle and hungry to help. Lastly, knowing that you work for a company that truly cares about your well being and future ensures that you're happy.
