Good workplace culture. Jay cares about his employees.

Cons

Compensation is not in line with the rest of the market. Benefits are good but at the end of the day benefits will not put food at the table and a roof over your head. Supervisory roles should be reassessed.

Too many pros to share...excellent benefits including healthcare, dental, 401(k) options with extremely generous match, pet insurance, continuing education fund and more. Great structure with opportunities to advance. Can't say enough good things!
