Pros... I have so many Pros I don't even know where to start and or if it all will fit. Company Culture: I have never worked for a Company that has been 100% about the Employees. The Corporate Environment is a Great Place to work. Everyone has The "Agile Team" in mind at all times. We all work together to make sure everyone's experience is Wonderful from the first interaction with Recruiting to the ongoing check-in's from HR/Corporate to make sure everyone's needs are addressed. Corporate also takes employee suggestions into consideration at all times. Benefits: The Benefits with Agile are Awesome and some parts UN-HEARD of!
