Pros

You're surrounded by extraordinary talent, but it isn't vicious or competitive. It is aimed, all of it, at giving our government customers outstanding service. We support each other in driving towards that end goal together, and there is nothing more energizing. We all get better at this, every day, and that's a heady feeling. There's nothing quite like this corporate culture. The managers, directors and executives embody the concept of 'servant leadership,' give you the tools you need to succeed, and actually care that you do.

Cons

We kid each other that 'the Agile 15 is real,' because Food is Love in this place, and Agile feeds us. And feeds us. And feeds us. Weekly lunches, monthly birthday cake, happy hours, parties. (It's not much of a con, but the Agile 15 is definitely real.)
