      Can work independently, no micromanagement, Agile colleagues are great in spite of difficult situations, quick hiring process, some social events after work hours and weekends

      Cons

      Could not find manager when the client became difficult. They don't like to deal with unforeseen issues and they won't get involved. Blanket pay cut recently.

      A few pros. 401k match is 6%.

      Cons

      Terrible management. They just dont care. Many people have left because of being treated terribly. Management refused to do anything.
