Agile Defense is THE best company I've worked for. I've worked for InfoReliance, GDIT, and SAIC in the past. The company is very supportive of it's employees and offers a vast array of excellent benefits.

Cons

Contracts with the military can change hands every few years causing some lack of continuity.
