Culture, culture & culture. Every company says they care about you but Agile really does. Great benefits, pay, work/life balance and as much upward mobility as possible in the defense contracting industry. Their flat leadership style is like no other- it isn't uncommon to see the CEO take the trash out.

Cons

Some customers can be difficult but...welcome to the contracting world. Agile strives to make even the most difficult environments a fun and professional place to grow. They host countless employee engagement events and are always doing little things to show they care like sending me a pie in the mail for thanksgiving or standing up a gym reimbursement program.
