Employee focused, amazing leadership, excellent benefits, excellent 401K, refreshing outlook on how to do business, employees at all levels are heard, constantly improving, competitive, challenging and rewarding work environment

Cons

Government culture can sometimes over ride the company culture, but the company works hard to stay in touch with it's employees and to share the employee first culture
