Agile Defense truly cares about their employees and puts them first. They believe in taking care of their employees, who in turn will take care of their customers. This has built a company of hard-working, motivated, and happy employees. Agile Defense refers to their employees as family, and they actually make employees feel that way!

Pros

Agile truly cares about its employees and shows it in so many ways. Your co-workers, even onsite with a customer, truly feel like family. It all starts at the top with the CEO, Jay Lee. He's willing to listen to issues, new ideas, or just for a friendly chat. At our headquarters, he sits in a cube just like everyone else! The company does company events to bring everyone together.

Cons

I know that it sounds cliché, but I really can't think of anything!
