Agile is a breath of fresh air, I've never worked for a company that cared so much for its employee's. Everyone has a great amount of respect for each other and management really goes out of its way to create a fun and happy environment. They put complete trust in there employee's and you'll never have to worry about a overbearing boss looking over your shoulders. There is truly no other company like this. Its a privilege to get to be a part of the team.

I worked for this company in Germany. I had a car accident and was in the hospital for a month and got fired for not doing my job. How can someone do their job from a hospital room. If you like working for this company then hope you never have an emergency because they will just turn their back on you
