As stated in the review title, Agile Defense is not like any other companies I worked for. Great team and environment vibe where you can see everyone puts in their 110% not because they have to, but they WANT to. You don't see this type of mentality in many companies.

Cons

No cons. Out of my career history, I'm very happy to be here.

Pros

This company set the bar high for my first government contracting gig. The CEO and corporate staff make you feel like a member of the family... I received a birthday card and personalized note from the CEO on my birthday. They offer great benefits -- affordable health care, 401K program (great matching), professional development allowance, etc. They are also looking for opportunities to improve and give back -- often receive company swag (polos, Contigo coffee mugs, hats, etc.) for no cost... because they care about their family.

Cons

Because contracts end, employment with this company will most likely end at some point. It's just the reality of it.

Pros

Excellent CEO and HQ Staff. Nice Perks. Family atmosphere. This company goes out of it's way to make you feel like a bit more than just an employee. They really show their appreciation to the work you do. That's not easy for a company growing as fast as they are.

Cons

If contract ceiling is low, you will get mediocre raises. That's not something unique to them though.
