      Pros

      Agile is a breath of fresh air, I've never worked for a company that cared so much for its employee's. Everyone has a great amount of respect for each other and management really goes out of its way to create a fun and happy environment. They put complete trust in there employee's and you'll never have to worry about a overbearing boss looking over your shoulders. There is truly no other company like this. Its a privilege to get to be a part of the team.

      I have zero cons, Agile is great.

      Pros

      Everyone that I knew prior to me getting hired here emphasized how good this company is to work for. The support staff is friendly and very responsive. The employees all seem happy, and driven to succeed. It is a small company that is dedicated to their employees' needs and growth.

      None that I can think of.

      Pros

      This is probably the best company I have worked for since getting into IT and government contracting. Small company so they are really interested in employee feedback and going the distance to keep employees happy.

      Cons

      Advancement is the only complaint, but on Govt. Contracts, spots are limited.
