Pros

The company was big, so there were no worries about whether I would get a paycheck. It was a good thing

Cons

The communication across the company was quite slow. When you need an snwer, you might have to wait for days. Also, the management seemed disconnected from the employees. It was not pleasant

Pros

Our department adjusted to work from home and only go to the office when needed. It made work easier.

Cons

Don't play favorites and give equal opportunities for everyone especially with the pay.

Pros

Brand still carries some respect (at least locally). The owners will will greet you with open arms. Make you feel important in the beginning.

Cons

The company is going through lots of company changes and doesn't care if you're drowning in your work. The stress and demand of the daily tasks do not meet the salary. Employees are underpaid by far. Nepotism is also out of control. Family members get promoted and hired for positions that have no experience for.
