      Work/Life balance is good because there is not much projects are going on in their business (unfortunately)

      Cons

      Due to significant reductions in their business operations, there are fewer ongoing projects, resulting in limited opportunities for career growth and development. It's unfortunate that upper management made poor decisions, leading to the closure of valuable projects and the loss of talented employees. While the pay is lower than the average in pharmaceutical companies, it is comparable to salaries offered by other reagent companies.
