The rate of turnover and change at this company is like none I have experienced. We are being told change is normal, but not to the extent that you can’t get anything accomplished due to changes in vision of the ever revolving door of leaders. We are understaffed to the point of not being able to manage day to day activities to the level required. There is little opportunity within the company as won’t invest in their employees to gain new skills or knowledge or promote from within.
