Great company, product, and culture. Made a lot of good friends here.

Cons

Pay is not competitive, especially for the bay area. Raises, especially for sales are minimal per year. One person per team receives the highest rank (for highest bonus), and employees aren't given guidance from their manager on what is needed to get to Rank 1. This deincentivizes hard work and pushing yourself in my opinion. Management doesn't care about keeping employees and giving them raises and promotions, and would rather them leave to a better opportunity.. and put the extra work of a leaving co-worker on the employees who chose to stay loyal to the company.

Pros

Most employees stay with company for 20-40 years. My colleagues are supportive. Since the company is huge, there are opportunities to apply internally to other positions.

Cons

It's difficult to get promoted to next pay grade to get salary increase if you stay in the same team. Best chance of salary increase is to change jobs internally. Management doesn't believe in retaining talents.

Very Poor leadership and incompetent management team Little opportunity for professional growth Outdated tools and messy working solutions Non collaborative environment No company loyality or recognition Innovation and outspoken people are shunned Culture is unprofessional and centered around Corporate politics and cliches You get ahead here by the length of your service, not what you can do. Very poor compensation program which is difficult to understand Little true customer focused and driven by company growth targets
