      Pros

      Historically very good, collaborative culture. People genuinely want to help each other, regardless of division or function.

      Cons

      2 things are changing. First, decisions are moving to higher levels (i.e. C-suite). Second, the leaders who know how to make actual products are being let go. The company is now run by "administrators" instead of "makers". This combo is making Agilent very bureaucratic and slow, even though the stated goal is to do the opposite.
