      Pros

      Great people to work with, management was always open to new ideas and feedback. Great work/life balance! Benefits and Flexible Time Off was really good in my experience.

      Cons

      In my experience working at Agilent, I do not have many Cons I can provide. As an employer they were great. One Con I could list perhaps was the health insurance cost and plan changes for the employee. Cost could be seen as high for anyone with dependents to cover. However, that varied year to year while I was employed with the company.
