Great coworkers, decent pay, and lots of opportunities to learn and develop while working for a good cause.

Cons

Poor leadership from supervisors. Supervisors/managers lack people skills, receive little to no training in management and conflict resolution, communicate poorly, and often make work life miserable.

flexible hours unless your are production. profit sharing if ROI is good. if they decide to purchase another large company forget it. most coworkers are intelligent and helpful. some management good and understanding when you have small children, others don't care and leave theirs in daycare for awful long time and expect you to also. cafeteria with breakfast and lunch and gym at main site. ok benefits healthcare high or higher deductible plans. fmla available I had 2 mangers the first was good and the second not so much

you can have more than one phd you are working for at once and they both expect you to be full time for them. they only give a few raises within a group and it's only like 1 or 2 percent so after the increase cost of benefits you're lucky if you got anything. they change your job function to something you didn't sign up for
