      Pros

      The company has a very strong upper management team. They are committed to employee engagement and listen with open minds. It wasn’t until after I left Agilent that I came to appreciate the impact of a strong leadership team.

      Cons

      During my tenure the middle level of management was very disconnected from the operations. This was discouraging as metrics and KPI’s could be unreasonable. My understanding is that this is changing as there has been some selective turnover.
