Great company for those who like constant change of business strategy. Fantastic stock buy back program designed to prop up stock price. Many VP's in China with direct reports from US and Europe, excellent place if you are looking to have senior leaders with high powered commando style of leadership. Major legacy product lines such as chromatography and mass spectrometry with declining margins about to be spun off or sold to raise cash for acquisitions in the fast growing genomics space. Very good net zero carbon emissions plan in place for 2050.
Cons
Company has been prioritizing short term profitability over long term viability for several years. Over exposed to China from supply chain and sales revenue. Very high turnover in executive leadership, some leaving for direct competition. Company loosing talent at all levels due to failure of leadership at the highest levels. New CEO bull in a China shop, destroyed more value than he has created. Balance sheet being dressed up every quarter to look pretty with complex accounting designed to evade scrutiny.
