      Pros

      Very nice group of talented and committed individuals. All focused and willing to do the job correctly. Open communication and sharing of ideas to approaching problem solving.

      Cons

      Limited assurance by the company to commit long-term to employees. Approach to staffing is on an as needed basis - very quick to dis-engage... and then re-engage. That fluid dynamic causes angst at all levels.

      Pros

      Very well managed company. Managers are given management training and treat people with respect. Very little politics compared to other companies. High quality employees shows up in mutual respect and top customer treatment.

      Cons

      Limited carreer options in sales offices without relocating to manufacturing/R&D/Marketing centers. Remote management in some areas means limitied visibility. Relatively slow and conservative in making decisions. Corporate oversight limits action in fast moving competive businesses.
