      Heard a lot about how good things used to be when it was HP

      Pros

      Company culture left over from HP days is very strong. Good people for the most part are still pulling the cart for a lot of free loaders

      Cons

      Lot of dead wood that needed to be trimmed, no one wanted to swing the ax. Company would rather park a non-producer into a meaningless job than to actually let them go. Conversely, they had no problem letting people go that were actually producing revenue

      Pros

      Corporate culture is good - still some old HP culture left. People work hard and are knowledgeable. International operations a plus.

      Cons

      Seems like we were in a constant mode of downsizing or having to cut costs. Maybe this is the new reality of all companies.
