      Good for entry level job. Good work environment. Great benefits. Good work culture. Nice 401K plan. Good health Insurance, life insurance

      No scope for growth. Not much interested working. No research facilities. prone to outsourcing. Vulnerable. will be stuck for a long time.

      Pros

      Great people work at Agilent. They will change your life. Bonuses based on ROIC giving everyone an equal share in company profits. Excellent managers except for a very few. Good communication with upper management. Great customers, it was great to work with the best and brightest in other companies. Flexible work hours. Extremely high ethical standards.

      Cons

      HR hides behind its website. Very difficult to find a real person. Medical benefits are in steady decline. Nearly all manufacturing has left the country making Agilent a contributor to the country's unemployment situation. If something isn't considered a core competency, it is outsourced. Very little left of the HP legacy. No more corporate recreation areas, company picnics, rewards banquets, off site meetings, Friday night beer busts, etc. No consideration given to employee morale. Working at Agilent is pretty much like working anywhere else these days.
