      Agilent leadership runs business into ground, throws away man-centuries of technology experience

      Pros

      Salary is reasonably good, benefits are good. Flexible work schedule. People are technically very strong. First line management is generally very competent and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Upper management (division and higher) are untrustworthy. Expect them to act in their own personal best interest. Expect layoffs when work is moved off-shore. Expect them to be relatively clueless about how to really build products that will be successful in the marketplace.
