It is difficult to move up the chain in the company, I feel like the industry is very mature therefore, the there are not as many chances to have explosive years to make tons of money.

Focus on cash flow and cash reserves at the expense of rewarding people is getting relly old. No pay raise just because I'm at the same level as industry standard does not feel good; regardless of the business reason.
