Pros
Great history of being a people-focused company that does great engineering. Good working environment, flexible and enough tools and knowledge to get the job done
Cons
It's a big company so has its share of processes not all of which seem to add value, too many managers running spreadsheets rather than doing the job, a lot of change in recent years to adapt to the market realities but still a good place to be.
