      Excellent communication with internal & external clients They go above and beyond to make their contracting teams feel supported in the field Contributed to discussions the team has internally for agile practices Team members treat you like family They have 110% respect, accountability, and ethical practices across all business verticals

      Nothing I can think of other than they need to keep hiring awesome people to geow their business!

      Pros

      Agility can be trusted to place people in the right roles based on their skills/experience and career aspirations instead of just placing to get paid. Excellent referral program Fun environment/ startup culture

      Cons

      The benefits weren't that great but have recently gotten better with new health and 401k plans. I imagine PTO will also increase as the company grows.

      Awesome culture and work environment. Collaborative and very communication driven. Ability to put your strengths to the test and find opportunities that allow you to succeed with a solid support system behind you. Silicon-valley ideologies and methods. This is a staffing and consulting company that is embracing the future of tech and working with people. Agility Partners genuinely cares about its employees and clients in a way that differs from our competitors' traditional "transactional recruiting" ways. Working here has given me a new perspective on the staffing industry and has given me hope in the good of what we do as recruiters and career consultants.

      Cons

      People who are not self-motivated and disciplined will not do well in this environment.
