      Very competitive compensation plan, unlimited PTO, work life balance, hybrid work model, excellent management, supportive coworkers, great work culture, so many perks...

      Cons

      Recruiting is hard. A lot of highs can be followed by a lot of lows. But this has nothing to do with the company.

      Pros

      Found me a couple of great jobs, always had lots of advice and follow up for interviews, and was understanding when I turned down some positions. Alan is a great guy leading the company too

      Cons

      The benefits were just okay but I think they got better as the company got bigger and they changed their payroll system around
