Pros

Diverse client list - we support over 50 companies across the region and continuing to add new clients weekly. This is particularly awesome when working with candidates because we are able to share an array of job opportunities with any qualified applicant. Team environment that supports success on an individual and group level. Clear upward trajectory for your career. The growth chart is very "black and white" and there are clearly defined milestones you can hit in order to get a promotion and pay increase. Best commission structure I've seen in any staffing company!

Cons

Staffing and recruiting is a hard job. It comes with ups and downs regardless of where you work.

Very competitive compensation plan, unlimited PTO, work life balance, hybrid work model, excellent management, supportive coworkers, great work culture, so many perks...

Cons

Recruiting is hard. A lot of highs can be followed by a lot of lows. But this has nothing to do with the company.
